|Facilities Manager||The Facilities Manager is responsible for developing and managing high quality and cost-effective asset inventory, attribute and maintenance programs for both buildings/sites and equipment at all company managed locations including on-call work order requests for repairs, grounds maintenance, ancillary services, preventative maintenance, and asset inventory and replacement strategy. |Asset Manager||The Asset Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned real estate portfolio of properties. Individual will review market position of assets on both an individual and portfolio basis, assess operating and financial performance trends, and partner closely with key internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute the company’s real estate strategy. Individual will negotiate leases, renewals, early terminations and other related real estate agreements, as well as provide guidance and direction on asset investments and maintenance. |Lease Coordinator||The Lease Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Asset Manager and Lease Administrator with coordination, communication and recording of all lease administration activity related to the company’s real estate portfolio. Individual has primary responsibility for maintaining both soft and hard copy filing system, as well as communicating updates and status changes of real estate to appropriate stakeholder in a timely manner. |Payroll Manager||The Payroll Manager is responsible for all multi-state payroll function. The position oversees bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll processes and systems while ensuring payroll expenses and taxes are accurately recorded in Payroll systems by state, federal and local regulations. The Payroll Manager works with auditor to conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy while identifying and acting to improve processes.||Click Here|
