|IT Support Specialist||The person filling this role will operate at the front lines of the IT Department. They will rotate between HQ Help Desk, Stand Deployment, and Support. They will assist the team in supporting tier 1 and 2 IT operations. They will work closely with our infrastructure team to ensure the ongoing reliability of technology at Dutch Bros Coffee. This will require the knowledge of desktop operating systems (PC and Mac), basic network operation, point of sales systems (POS), current equipment and technologies, recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools.||Click Here|
