The Legal Department Administrator is a key member of the Dutch Bros growing legal team.  This role is responsible for providing support to attorneys, paralegals, and internal business partners on all business matters, as requested. 

As the Executive Assistant, Information Technology, you will be vital in ensuring efficient time management for the Chief Information Technology Officer. Duties include organizing meetings, events, and appearances for internal and external team members. The ideal candidate has demonstrated leadership skills, strong administrative organization, advanced communication skills across departments, and the ability to establish credibility at all levels of the organization. 

The person in this role will participate in the design and implementation of IT network and infrastructure systems, services, projects, and initiatives. This individual will engage in technical research and development to enable continual innovation within the infrastructure.

The primary responsibility of the Field Optimization Specialist is to improve operational effectiveness. This may be through upgraded processes, tools, equipment, or training. The person filling this role will work with cross-departmental stakeholders to test, validate, and implement operational solutions that protect and improve the Broista and customer experience.

The Lead Facilities Technician is responsible for the overall function, maintenance, and safety of all facilities within our geographical region maintaining building regulatory compliance. This position will also require the supervision and support of direct reports, vendors, contractors, etc.

The Senior Director of Logistics will oversee and manage the logistics and purchasing strategy for Dutch Bros, a leading coffee chain focused on blowing customers minds by thoughtfully serving amazing quality drinks. This senior leadership role is critical in ensuring the seamless flow of products from suppliers to last-mile distributors, optimizing transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and third-party distribution processes to meet the company's operational goals. 

The Director of Product Management will lead the strategic vision and execution of our technology driven product initiatives within the technology organization. This role focuses on key areas such as marketing technology, digital solutions, payment systems, field technology, and customer experience.

This role will participate in the design, development and implementation of Identity and Access Management applications, tools, services and methodologies

The responsibility of the Accounts Payable Specialist is to control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices and completing vendor payments. The Accounts Payable Specialist will work to reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances, while keeping DB information confidential. This position will ensure bills are paid on time and correctly, while ensuring monthly-close deadlines are met and any vendor discrepancies are rectified quickly.

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the planning, design, and oversight of workflows for company-owned locations in their assigned region, as well as the communication between the Real Estate and the Construction departments, with guidance and general oversight from their Director.

The Designer II will be responsible for the completion and the review of site plans, floor plans, and building elevations that meet the requirements of Real Estate and Construction Departments as set forth by the Operations Team. This role will assist outside consultants in the development of the buildings to ensure the accurate execution of the plans.
