Construction Project Manager - Western Region
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the planning, design, and oversight of workflows for company-owned locations in their assigned region, as well as the communication between the Real Estate and the Construction departments, with guidance and general oversight from their Director.
Lease Administrator
The Lease Administrator is responsible for lease administration and property management functions, including timely and accurate lease management tracking, documentation and reporting, grand opening traffic plans, work with landlords and co-tenants for all site matters, and proper cataloging and storage of critical communications and documents.
