TUCSON, Ariz. (October 8, 2018) – In anticipation of its grand opening, Dutch Bros Tucson is implementing a special traffic and parking plan around its new location at 120 S Wilmot.
Beginning at 5 a.m. Tuesday morning, traffic control cones will direct customers to enter the location from Park Place. Drivers will then be instructed to gather in the parking lot behind LA Fitness, before broistas signal them to move on to the location via a side access road.
“The Tucson community has already been so welcoming,” said Jordan Gonsalves, operator of Dutch Bros Tucson. “Since our soft opening a few days ago, thousands of people have already come through to enjoy a drink and say hi.”
Dutch Bros Tucson anticipates a massive turnout for its grand opening on Tuesday. In an effort to increase safety and reduce delays for drivers, Dutch Bros has hired a private company to help direct traffic. Dutch Bros is also working with the City of Tucson to ensure all customers and drivers in the area remain safe.
“We’re doing everything we can to make sure people have a safe commute on Tuesday,” said Gonsalves. “If any traffic issues do come up, we’ll work closely with the traffic control company to resolve them as quickly as possible.”
