WOODLAND, Calif. (May 16, 2016) – On Thursday, May 19, Dutch Bros Woodland will donate proceeds from the day’s sales to honor the memory of Andrew Ladd to support the Ladd family in a time of need.
Andrew Ladd, known for his kind and genuine spirit, was in critical condition after the car he was a passenger lost control and crashed. He passed away on Wednesday, May 11 – he was 17 years old. Andrew frequented Dutch Bros Woodland. The crews will remember how he truly cared about making people happy, and how they were able to be part of his promposal for his senior prom.
“Our heart goes out to the family and friends of the Ladd’s,” said Sean Provost, Dutch Bros Woodland owner. “We are so grateful for Woodland’s compassion to help and want to be apart of it.”
For a span of 24 hours, Thursday, May 19 at midnight to 11:59 p.m., Dutch Bros Woodland will donate proceeds from the day to support the Ladd’s in their time of need. Dutch Bros Woodland will also provide on-site donation buckets for those wanting to contribute more.
“Thank you in advance for showing up to help!” said Sean.
