SPOKANE, Wash. – On Tuesday, August 15, Dutch Bros Spokane, located at 9208 E. Sprague Ave., will celebrate its grand opening with $1 16-ounce drinks. Proceeds will be help Helen Black offset medical expenses incurred from multiple rounds of chemotherapy.
