GRANTS PASS, Ore. (April 12, 2018) – Select Dutch Bros locations raised $11,795 Friday, March 30 for St. Baldrick’s Foundation, the top private funder of childhood cancer research grants in the U.S. and around the world.
“We are so thankful to our communities for coming together to assist in making a brighter future for children with cancer,” said Angi Veek, spokesperson for Dutch Bros Coffee. “We are proud to support the outstanding work and progress that St. Baldrick’s is making.”
The St. Baldrick’s Foundation was formed in 1999, when three colleagues felt the need to give back to their communities. They decided to shave their heads as a fundraiser for childhood cancer, and nearly 20 years later the St. Baldrick’s Foundation is still shaving heads and raising funds for their cause.
Friday, March 30, select Dutch Bros locations raised $11,795 for St. Baldrick’s Foundation, as they continue to fund research aimed at finding the cure for childhood cancer.
