LIVE OAK, Calif. – (May 30, 2018) – Dutch Bros Live Oak raised more than $1,300, Friday, May 18 for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, an organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives, and diminishing suffering from cancer through education, advocacy, and service.
“We were honored to team up with Relay for Life,” said Erin Backman, operator of Dutch Bros Live Oak. “With cancer affecting so many, we wanted to help be a force for good in the fight against it. Thank you to our community for coming out in support to raise funds for such a wonderful organization.”
On the day of the fundraiser, Dutch Bros Live Oak donated $1 from every drink purchased to the American Cancer Society. The funds raised will directly benefit the organization and their efforts to make a global impact on cancer.
