PHOENIX, (Nov.6, 2018) – Friday, October 26, Dutch Bros Phoenix raised $47,339 for the St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance, an Arizona-based nonprofit that uses a variety of programs to relieve hunger for individuals and communities in need.
“We are proud to be part of the Phoenix community,” said Josh Hayes, general manager of Dutch Bros Phoenix. “So many people came out to help us raise funds for the St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance. Together we really did make a difference for people in our communities struggling with hunger.”
Nearly 30% of Arizona’s children are food insecure and do not receive enough food every day. Each dollar donated through Dutch Bros will help St. Mary’s provide seven meals, meaning the $47,339 raised will amount to more than 331,000 meals for those in need in the greater phoenix area.
