CHANDLER, Ariz. – (Aug. 3, 2018) – The Dutch Bros located at 3665 W Chandler Blvd., celebrated its grand opening on Saturday, July 14 by donating $9,000 to the Chandler Police Department K9 Unit.
“Thank you to the Chandler community for coming out to support the K9 unit, it was an awesome day and we had so much fun celebrating with you.” said Josh Hayes, general manager of Dutch Bros Phoenix.
On Saturday, Dutch Bros Chandler donated the proceeds from every drink sold to the Chandler Police Department K9 Unit. The $9,000 raised will directly benefit the K9 team and their mission of preventing officers from resorting to the use of deadly force by incapacitating a person where the use of deadly force was imminent.
