ASHLAND, Ore. (March 20, 2018) – Dutch Bros Ashland locations donated the proceeds from every drink sold Friday, March 16 to the family of Malcus Williams, a local police officer that passed away after experiencing a medical emergency on the job.
Williams was a beloved regular customer at both Ashland Dutch Bros locations, and the staff wanted to do everything possible to support the family during this difficult time.
“Malcus and his wife touched all of our hearts,” said Lauren Allen, marketing director of Jackson County Dutch Bros. “He would always check on the stand at night to ensure the employees were safe.”
Friday, March 16, Dutch Bros Ashland locations donated the proceeds from every drink sold to the family of Malcus Williams. Several other locations in Jackson County provided donation jars in order to contribute additional funds.
