You can turn on auto-tipping right from your Dutch Pass. Set an amount for orders above and below $10, and a tip will be added each time you pay for orders with the app. You can always change it at checkout to give more (or less) love. Just let your broista know after you scan, and they'll adjust it!

Drink expirations have not changed -- only point expirations! Your free drink will expire 180 days from the time you traded your points in!

Points add up when you make qualifying purchases at our shops, and when you reach a certain number of points, you may redeem those points for a reward, which is usually a free drink!

You must be 13 years or older to use this app.

Unfortunately, our app does not have that feature. We’re working on it, though! We’re always happy to take your order or help you find your drink in person!

It depends on the reward you want! A medium drink is free with 250 points, and any other drink uses 325 points.

Go to your app store of choice - App Store (iOS/Apple) or the Google Play Store, search for Dutch Bros and select Dutch BrosⓇ.

Just like we customize your drink, we customize your Dutch Bros app experience! No worries- our app is going to be offering lots of rad in-app promotions for you to earn points and score rewards!

Head to your home screen under your point balance dial, tap “Free Medium Drink” or “Free Drink of Your Choice” to unlock! It’s that easy!

Points can only be collected from qualifying purchases at our shops. Points can’t be collected from the purchase or reloading of gift cards, online purchases, taxes, tips or charity donations.

Hey there! We apologize for the inconvenience! If you email [email protected] with a copy of your receipt along with the phone number and email address connected to your app account we’ll be able to get your points for your purchase put in!

Rewards do expire within a certain time frame depending upon the reward. We’ll give you a heads up through the app if that’s the case, so just be sure to check in often.

The app is the best way to get all sorts of rewards- including the birthday drink! It’s best to sign up for that if you can. If not, just talk to your broista!

All points earned will have a 180 day expiration from the day they were earned. Keep an eye out for alerts when your points are close to expire!

There's not a way to register without the app yet! Please check back periodically as we release new features in the future.

All you need to do is load up your Dutch Pass™ with any balances from Dutch Bros™ gift cards, or add money directly from your credit or debit card. Then, present your pass to your broista — once they scan, you’re good to go!

Rewards are redeemable for drinks or food items only, and those are served up at our shops, so we’ll see you there!

Most likely your device isn’t compatible with the Dutch Bros app. We are working on a feature for customers to sign up online. Stay tuned!

Our shops are locally operated, so promotions vary. Your best bet is to download the Dutch Bros App and opt into our text club to receive updates and offers!

We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to [email protected].

Happy early birthday friend! Your birthday drink will pop up on your app on the day of your birthday. We’re so stoked to celebrate with you!

It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
