Dutch Bros Roseville Raises Over $2,000 for Veterans Job Resources

September 13, 2017

ROSEVILLE, Calif. (Sept. 2017) – On Saturday, Sept. 9, Dutch Bros Roseville rallied with its community to raise $2,074 for Veterans Job Resources, a nonprofit that assists military personnel in their transition to civilian careers.

“We are so thankful for everything our soldiers do for us and helping veterans find work after they get out of the service is the least we could do to show our gratitude,” said Mattie Place, owner of Dutch Bros Roseville. “We are so grateful to have had this opportunity to work with Veterans Job Resources.”

Veterans Job Resources provides our nation’s veterans with career support and technical training. Their workshops include topics like resume writing, interview skills and transition planning.

On Sept. 9, to raise funds, Dutch Bros Roseville donated $1 from every drink sold, and members of the community were able to contribute more via onsite donation buckets. These funds will directly benefit Veterans Job Resources and their efforts to assist our nation’s military in their transition to civilian life.
