Dutch Bros Goodyear Honors the Late Ashley Farley

February 16, 2017

GOODYEAR, Ariz. (Feb. 16, 2017) - On Monday, Feb. 20, Dutch Bros Goodyear, located at 14160 W. Indian School Rd., will donate $1 from every drink sold from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. to honor the memory of Ashley Farley and to support his family in their time of need.

On Feb. 1, Ashley Farley, more commonly known as “Ash”, unexpectedly lost his life to a blood clot. Ash, a Goodyear local, was a regular at Dutch Bros. He was known at the stand and throughout the community for his adventurous spirit, for his vivacious personality and for his audacious mustache. As soon as Dutch Bros Goodyear heard the news, they wanted to show their support for Ash’s wife, Danielle and for their seven children. Ash’s genuine personality and ability to brighten up the lives of all those around him will be missed dearly.

“We have know Ash for almost three years, he was one of our first regulars when the Goodyear location opened,” said Charles Swindler, Dutch Bros West Valley Phoenix regional manager. “Ash was like family, always bringing a huge smile and good vibes when he came to the store. He was always talking about his family. Ash loved being a dad, and was always talking about his kids and wife.”

On Feb. 20, a day dubbed “#mustASHmonday”, Dutch Bros Goodyear will donate proceeds from the day to honor the memory of Ash and to support of the Farley family as they transition through this unforeseen chapter of their lives.

“He had an impact that reached deep into the community,” said Charles. “We are so blessed to have an amazing community that is rallying to support the Farley family through this hard time.”
