We appreciate your interest in joining the DB fam! Once you’ve submitted an application, we encourage you to stop by the shop regularly to check in with local management!

Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

We appreciate your enthusiasm for the company! Since all shops are locally operated, we can’t give you a specific timeline. Once local management reviews all applications, applicants who made it to the next round will be contacted. For all HQ positions, once the job posting has closed, a representative from our Human Resources team will contact all applicants.

All our shops are locally operated and conduct their own hiring process. Swing by your local shop with your application and speak directly with local management. They will guide you in the next steps in your area!

You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!

In order to keep the hiring process fair and equitable, we are unable to accept applications outside of the application window. 

If the department is hiring for a full-time employee when your internship is done, we encourage you to apply!

Candidates must be current or recent college graduates in either an undergrad or graduate program. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age, and reside in a state that Dutch Bros currently operates. At this time, unfortunately DB is not able to accept working visas.

They're paid!

Remote opportunities vary based on the position you’re applying for.

For interns relocating to our Phoenix or Grants Pass office, an $800 monthly living stipend will be provided. Remote interns are ineligible for this as no relocation is required!
